The British Red Cross wanted to encourage the British public to overcome pre-conceived notions surrounding refugees. 

But how to do this without relying on familiar charity ad tropes?

By creating a (UK runner up) Cannes Young Lions print entry using the British custom of making a cup of tea in a particular order, to illustrate that beyond the sensationalised headlines, refugees are normal human beings.
